Some fees are flat-rate prices and some fees are based on the forms or amount of time involved with the preparation of the service you are looking for. The flat rate fees are listed below and are not all-inclusive. If you would like a more detailed price quote please call our office.

• Notary service – $10.00 per affixed notary seal required (Clay County/Fleming Island location only)
• Consultation fee – $180.00 per hour (minimum of 1 hour)
• “Tax Season” Consultation fee (January through April) – $250.00 per hour (minimum of 1 hour)
• The following forms are a “per form” price, please contact our offices for a quote:
  • Forms 1040
  • Forms 1120, 1120S, & 1065
  • Forms 1041, 990, & 990T

Extensions (Free)
Based on certain criteria, you may qualify for “Free File” of your Federal Form 1040
