Our office is staffed with Enrolled Agents. Enrolled Agents (EAs) are tax practitioners who are tested and enrolled by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service on Federal tax issues including audits, appeals, and collections. Enrolled Agents are deemed proficient in all areas of Federal taxation. We provide tax preparation, representation and tax planning to individual and business taxpayers.

EAs are the only tax professionals tested by IRS on their knowledge of tax law and regulations. We are federally-licensed, meaning we can represent clients in any part of the country, not just in the state of Florida. EAs adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct and are required by the IRS to complete annual continuing professional education. Meet Our Staff

Connie Ross, E.A.

Connie is the original founder and president of the company. She received her degree in accounting in 1975.  She has been preparing tax returns since 1981 and became an enrolled agent in 2006. Connie specializes in accounting, personal and business tax return preparation, along with QuickBooks setup and training. If you would like to contact Connie, click here .

Chuck Ross, E.A.

Chuck joined Connie to form the family business in 1985. He has been preparing tax returns since then and became an enrolled agent in 1993. He specializes in personal tax return preparation and complex tax situations. Chuck also handles all of the preparation of estate and trust tax returns. Trish Ross, E.A.

Trish is the eldest of Chuck and Connie’s daughters.  She is a graduate of the University of North Florida and joined the family business to become a full-time tax preparer and accounting clerk in 2000.  Trish specializes in personal tax return preparation and became an Enrolled Agent in 2011.  She is the head of operations at our Fleming Island location.  If you would like to contact Trish, click here .

Sharon Provencher

Sharon is the youngest of Chuck and Connie’s daughters. She is the company’s office manager and accounts payable / accounts receivable supervisor.  She joined the family business full-time in 2003.  Sharon specializes in bookkeeping services with proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and online versions while also offering training in such.  If you would like to contact Sharon, click here.

Cathy Hall
